The Board of Directors of Utusan Melayu (Malaysia) Berhad (“Utusan” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that PT Sinar Media Advertising (“Vendor”), a subsidiary of Utusan, had on 28 June 2019 entered into Sale and Purchase Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “SPAs”) with Mr Prakash Chand Bumb (Pemegang Izin Tinggal Terbatas Elektronik Bekerja Nomor 2C21JE5771AS) of Indian nationality (‘the Purchaser’) for the proposed disposal of 1 unit apartment with 2 separate titles  bearing postal address at Rumah Susun Hunian Dan Bukan Hunian, The Belezza Permata Hijau, Jalan Arteri Permata Hijau, 25.VS-6 held under Nomor 4002/VERSAILLES/XXI/25.VS-6/Grogol Utara, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta, Jakarta Selatan, Kebayoran Lama, Grogol Utara, Jakarta, Indonesia and 25.VS-7 Kelurahan Grogol Utara, Kecamatan-Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan held under Nomor 4003/VERSAILLES/XXI/25.VS-7/Grogol Utara, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta, Jakarta Selatan, Kebayoran Lama, Grogol Utara, Jakarta, Indonesia measuring in total approximately 277.97 square metres (“sqm”) in area (25.VS-6 : 156.85 sqm and 25.VS-7 : 121.15 sqm) with a consideration price as follows, subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA:
