With reference to the Notice of the Sixth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 26 April 2024, the payment of the First and Final Single-Tier Dividend is subject to shareholders' approval under Resolution 1 at the aforesaid AGM which will be held on 19 June 2024.
