Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 06 November 2023 in respect of the resignation of Messrs. Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT as the Auditors of the Company.
The Board of Directors of BVLH wishes to announce that Messrs. Morison LC PLT, having consented to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 29 March 2024 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
