The Board of Directors has approved a change in the financial year end of the Company from 31 March to 31 July. Consequently, the current financial year will commence from 1 April 2023 to 31 July 2024, spanning a period of 16 months. Thereafter, subsequent financial years will conclude on 31 July. This decision to avoid the peak financial reporting in March.
