Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 29 January 2024 pertaining to the proposed amendments to Clause 251 of the Company's Constitution.
The Company wishes to inform that the amendments are not limited to Clause 251 but also to add in the respective registration number as well as to enhance and/or revise the interpretations under Clause 1 to align with the disclosure in Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The full details of the proposed amendments will be circulated to the shareholders together with the Annual Report 2023 in due course.
