The Closing Level of 15,765.00 was determined based on the final settlement price for settling the corresponding spot-month index future contracts on the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Level is lower than HSI-CRC's Exercise Level of 19,845.00, holders of HSI-CRC will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised HSI-CRC will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the HSI-CRC shall terminate absolutely.
