The Board of Directors of AMTEL wishes to announce that AMTEL intends to seek its shareholders' approval on the proposed amendments to Clause 251 of the Company's Constitution ("Proposed Amendments") at the forthcoming Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting ("27th AGM") of the Company.

The Proposed Amendments are for the purpose of empowering the Board of Directors to declare final dividend to the shareholders without the need to convene a general meeting to seek for shareholders' approval.

The details of the Proposed Amendments will be circulated to the shareholders together with the Annual Report 2023 in due course.
