We wish to announce that ARMADA-C83 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 29 December 2023 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of ARMADA-C83 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of ARMADA-C83 x (RM0.4997 - RM0.45) x (1/1)
= Number of ARMADA-C83 x RM0.0497
The Closing Price of RM0.4997 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of ARMADA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of ARMADA-C83 by ordinary post.
