Each Warrant entitles the warrant holders to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share in Ecoscience at the exercise price of RM0.41 per Warrant at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") commencing from and including the issue date and ending at 5.00 p.m. on the expiry date, subject to the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants dated 29 November 2023. Any Warrants which have not been exercised at the close of business of the expiry date will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid.

If the expiry date of the Warrants falls on a non-market day, then it shall be the market day immediately preceding the said non-market day.
