The Warrants are issued pursuant to the Rights Issue, Special Issue and Acquisitions of DNeX. 

Each Warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share of RM0.20 each in DNeX at any time commencing on and including the issue date of the Warrants and ending on the close of business at 5.00 p.m. in Malaysia on the last market day preceding the fifth (5th) anniversary of the issue date of the Warrants ("Exercise Period") at the exercise price subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 15 June 2016 constituting the Warrants.

Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid.
