We refer to the announcement dated 9 June 2023 whereby the Company had on even date entered into a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with MBI to establish a co-operation and collaboration between the Parties (as defined herein) for the purpose of developing a sustainable and product-centric seafood zone in Sg Lang, Sabak Bernam. The Board of Directors of AORB (“Board”) wishes to announce that AORB had on 19th October 2023 entered into a MOA with MBI for the development of a Downstream Industrial Centre for Marine Products and Agro-Food in the Sg Lang area of Sabak Bernam Development Area (“SABDA”), Selangor ("Project").
