The Liquidator wishes to update shareholders that Raintree had filed an application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court on 17 October 2023 vide Civil Application No. 08(f)-333-10/2023(W) (“Motion”), against the decision of the Court of Appeal given on 19 September 2023.
The Court has fixed the Motion for case management (e-review) on 17 November 2023.
