We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 4 October 2019, 2 October 2020 and 1 October 2021 in relation to the utilisation of proceeds raised from the Excluded Issue (“Announcements”).  Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of GPP (“Board”) wishes to announce that as at the expiry date of the timeframe to utilise the proceeds from the Excluded Issue, the Company has yet to fully utilise the balance proceeds allocated for capital expenditure.

The Board after having deliberated, resolved to further vary and extend the timeframe for utilisation of the balance proceeds from the Excluded Issue.
