Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 6 April 2023, 12 June 2023, 26 July 2023, 27 July 2023 and 10 August 2023 (“Announcements”), the notice to shareholders dated 27 July 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Notice”) as well as the circular to shareholders dated 15 May 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements, Notice and Circular.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the settlement of the cash distribution of 50.63 sen for each LITRAK Share (“Cash Distribution”) via the Capital Repayment has been effected in favour of:-

1. the entitled shareholders, whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company on the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 10 August 2023 (“Entitled Shareholders”), who maintain eDividend accounts, via electronic remittance to the Entitled Shareholders’ eDividend accounts registered with Bursa Depository;
2. the Entitled Shareholders, who do not maintain eDividend accounts, via remittance in the form of cheques, banker’s draft and/or cashier’s orders despatched by ordinary mail to the Entitled Shareholders (or their designated agents, as they may direct) at the Entitled Shareholders’ registered address last maintained with Bursa Depository.

The Cash Distribution has been duly credited on 24 August 2023 and hence, the Capital Reduction and Repayment has been completed on 24 August 2023.
