The Board of Directors of Top Builders wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 August 2023 received a notice in writing dated 9 August 2023 given pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act, 2016 (“CA 2016”) from Messrs. Kreston John & Gan on their resignation as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the CA 2016, Messrs. Kreston John & Gan term of office will end after 21 days from 9 August 2023. The resignation of Messrs. Kreston John & Gan is on a voluntary basis.

Save for the above, the Board of Directors of Top Builders wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of Top Builders.

Further announcement will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of new auditors is finalised by the Company.
