Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 6 April 2023, 9 June 2023, 26 July 2023 and subsequent announcements (“Announcements”), as well as the circular to shareholders dated 15 May 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Circular”). On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that an office copy of the sealed Order dated 26 July 2023, has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 10 August 2023. Accordingly, the resolution for the Capital Reduction and Repayment as confirmed by the High Court has taken effect on 10 August 2023 pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act.

The settlement of the Capital Repayment to the shareholders of the Company is on 24 August 2023.
