Further to the announcements dated 26 September 2016, 27 September 2016, 28 September 2016 and 14 October 2016 on the winding up of the Company.

The Liquidators wish to inform the shareholders that pursuant to the order of the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur granted on 26 September 2016, the Liquidators are making the First Distribution representing approximately 98% of the monies held in cash trust account as at 13 September 2016, to Entitled Shareholders.

Details of the First Distribution are as follows:

(i)         Date of First Distribution: 14 November 2016;

(ii)        Entitled Shareholders: Based on the Record of Depositors at Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd as at 7 October 2016 (other than the management team and persons connected to them as defined in the Prospectus);

(iii)       Amount to be distributed: Cash of Ringgit Malaysia Seventy Three point Three Cents (RM0.733) for every one (1) ordinary share of RM0.01 each held in the Company.
