We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 28 January 2022 (“First Announcement”) and subsequent announcements in relation to the Company being classified as a PN17 Issuer pursuant to PN17 of the MMLR (collectively referred to as “Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of TBCB, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the following had been submitted to Bursa Securities on 3 August 2023:

(i) Appeal in relation to the de-listing of TBCB from the Official List of Bursa Securities; and

(ii) Application for a further extension of time until 29 December 2023 for TBCB to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities.
