Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 28 January 2022, 3 February 2022, 1 March 2022, 1 April 2022, 5 May 2022, 1 June 2022,1 July 2022, 1 August 2022 ,1 September 2022, 3 October 2022, 1 November 2022, 1 December 2022,3 January 2023, 2 February 2023, 1 March 2023, 3 April 2023, 2 May 2023 ,1 June 2023 and 3 July 2023 respectively. 

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of the Company wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia had vide its letter dated 27 July 2023 rejected the Company’s application for a further extension of time up to 29 December 2023 to submit the Regularisation Plan. Pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(5) of the Main Market Listing Requirements, trading of the securities of the Company (“Securities”) will be and/or remain suspended with effect from 4 August 2023 and the Securities will be de-listed on 8 August 2023 unless an appeal against the de-listing is submitted to Bursa Malaysia on or before 3 August 2023.

On 2 August 2023, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd on behalf of the Board announced that it has been appointed as the principal adviser to the Company for the Regularisation Plan.

The Company shall make the necessary announcement(s) in regard to the development on the above matter accordingly.
