Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 28 January 2022, 7 February 2022, 1 March 2022, 1 April 2022, 5 May 2022, 1 June 2022, 1 July 2022, 1 August 2022, 1 September 2022, 3 October 2022, 1 November 2022, 1 December 2022, 3 January 2023, 2 February 2023, 1 March 2023, 3 April 2023, 2 May 2023, 1 June 2023 and 3 July 2023 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Practice Note 17 (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”).

The Board of Directors of JCB wishes to announce that save for the Application submitted by the Company on 21 July 2023 for an extension of time up to 20 July 2024 to submit its regularization plan to Bursa Securities and appeal against the de-listing of the Company from the Main Market of Bursa Securities, there are no other material developments on the regularisation plan. As at the date of this announcement, the Application is pending approval from Bursa Securities.

The Company will make further announcements in relation to any latest development on this matter from time to time.
