Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 6 April 2023, 6 June 2023 and 12 June 2023 (“Announcements”), as well as the circular to shareholders dated 15 May 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements and Circular.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the High Court had on 26 July 2023 granted an order confirming the Proposed Capital Reduction and Repayment pursuant to Section 116 of the Act (“Order”).

Following the above, the Company will proceed to extract the sealed Order and an office copy of the sealed Order will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies on the entitlement date for the capital repayment.
