The Board of Directors of JCB wishes to announce that the Company had on 21 July 2023 submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for an extension of time up to 20 July 2024 to submit its regularization plan to Bursa Securities and appeal against the de-listing of the Company from the Main Market of Bursa Securities (“Application”).

Further announcement(s) to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on any material development on the above will be made in due course.
