On behalf of the Board of Directors of Uni Wall, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd (“Mercury Securities”) wishes to inform that Mercury Securities has ceased to act as the Continuing Adviser of the Company with effect from 1 July 2023 upon the Company successfully complied with Rule 3.12(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) whereby an applicant must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least 3 full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
