Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 28 January 2022 (“First Announcement”), 3 February 2022, 1 March 2022, 1 April 2022, 5 May 2022, 1 June 2022,1 July 2022, 1 August 2022 ,1 September 2022, 3 October 2022, 1 November 2022, 1 December 2022,3 January 2023, 2 February 2023, 1 March 2023, 3 April 2023, 2 May 2023 and 1 June 2023 respectively.
The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 28 June 2023 submitted an application for an extension of time up to 28 December 2023 to submit Regularisation Plan, now pending the outcome of the application from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The Company shall make the necessary announcement(s) in regard to the development on the above matter accordingly.
