On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M & A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) wishes to inform that the Company has complied with Rule 3.12(1)(a) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), where an applicant must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least 3 full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.

The Company was listed and admitted to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities on 17 July 2018. The Company no longer requires a Continuing Adviser after its financial year ending 30 June 2023. Therefore, M&A Securities shall cease to act as the Continuing Adviser of the Company with effect from 1 July 2023.
