Reference is made to the First Announcement made on 28 January 2022 (“First Announcement”) and the monthly announcements made by the Company in relation to the Company being classified as a Practice Note 17 (“PN 17”) Issuer pursuant to the requirements under PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (collectively referred to as “Announcements”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”).

(Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.)

The Board wishes to inform that the Company has made another application to Bursa Securities seeking approval for a further extension of time of 6 months up to 29 December 2023 to submit the regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.

Presently, the Company is still formulating the regularisation plan.
