Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 20 April 2023. All abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 20 April 2023, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.

The Board of Directors of JCB wishes to announce that Messrs. Ramesh Dipendra Jeremiah Law acting for the Petitioner had notified CASB that during the case management (e-review) held on 15 June 2023, the Court has directed the followings:-

1. that CASB shall file affidavit in reply (if any) within 14 days from the service of the sealed copy of Forms of Summons (Petitioner’s Application for Appointment of Interim Liquidator) dated on 14 June 2023; and
2. that the sealed copy of Forms of Summons (Petitioner’s Application for Appointment of Interim Liquidator) dated on 14 June 2023 be fixed for final case management (e-review) on 4 July 2023.

Further announcement(s) to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on any material development on the above will be made in due course.
