Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 6 April 2023 and subsequent announcements (“Announcements”), as well as the circular to shareholders dated 15 May 2023 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had on, 9 June 2023, filed the petition to the High Court in Malaya at Kuala Lumpur (“High Court”) to obtain an order by the High Court confirming the reduction of the issued share capital of the Company in accordance with Section 116 of the Act.
