We wish to announce that HARTA-C1F expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 May 2023 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of HARTA-C1F x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of HARTA-C1F x (RM2.4106 - RM2.30) x (1/2.50)
= Number of HARTA-C1F x RM0.0442
The Closing Price of RM2.4106 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of HARTA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of HARTA-C1F by ordinary post.
