Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 7 April 2023, in relation to the Notice of Motion dated 23 March 2023 (“Motion”) filed by the Liquidator in Post Companies Winding-up No. WA-28PW-149-03/2023.
The Liquidator wishes to update shareholders that, during the hearing of the Motion on 8 May 2023, the Judge had, among others, ordered that the requirement to summon a meeting of members of the Company by the Liquidator under Section 458(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016, at the end of the fourth year from the commencement of winding-up of the Company, be dispensed with.
