The company was advised by its solicitors of the outcome of the Case Management at the Kuala Lumpur High Court (“High Court”) on 20 February 2023 as follows:

1. The Plaintiff informed the High Court that the Court of Appeal had dismissed the Defendant's appeal and ordered for the matter to be remitted back to the High Court for trial.
2. On 21 February 2023, the High Court fixed the Full Trial dates on 11 September 2023 until 13 September 2023.
3. The High Court fixed a final Case Management on 11 August 2023 at 9:30AM via Zoom to update on the filing of the Pre-Trial Case Management (PTCM) documents and to obtain directions from the High Court regarding the filing of witness statements.
