We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 26 September 2022, 12 October 2022 and 6 December 2022.
The Company was advised by its solicitors that the High Court had heard the parties’ submission during Hearing today for the Leave Application, and has fixed a Decision date on 28 March 2023. The High Court has further granted an extension of the interim stay until the Decision date.
The Company will make further announcement on any material development of the matter from time to time.
