We wish to announce that SUPERMX-C2X expired at 5.00 p.m. on 21 November 2022 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of SUPERMX-C2X x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of SUPERMX-C2X x (RM0.9492 - RM1.35) x (1/5)
= Number of SUPERMX-C2X x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.9492 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the SUPERMX Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and SUPERMX-C2X shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of SUPERMX-C2X shall terminate absolutely.
