Reference is made to the First Announcement made on 11 January 2018 and the monthly announcements made by the Company in relation to the Company being classified as a Practice Note 17 (“PN 17”) Issuer pursuant to the requirements under PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (collectively referred to as “Announcements”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”).

(Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.)

On 25 October 2022, the Company has executed a deed of termination with the Vendors to terminate the MOU.

The Company and Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd (“Mercury Securities”) have on 26 October 2022 agreed to mutually terminate the agreement in relation to the appointment of Mercury Securities as the Principal Adviser and Placement Agent of the Company for the Proposed Regularisation Plan.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on the regularisation plan in accordance with the requirements under PN17 of the Main LR in due course.

This announcement serves as the monthly announcement required under Paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17 of the Main LR.
