We refer to the announcements made on 1 July 2022, 12 August 2022 and 18 August 2022 as well as the monthly announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to PN17 of the Listing Requirements. All abbreviation and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company is still pending the reply from Bursa Securities further to the Appeal submitted by Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn Bhd on 18 August 2022 on behalf of the Company.
The Company had on 17 August 2022 appointed Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd as the principal adviser to assist the Company in formulating the regularisation plan.
The Company will make the necessary announcements in relation to the outcome of the Appeal and any latest development on the regularisation plan in due time.
