We wish to announce that the HSI-CQX expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 August 2022 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Level of 19,840.00 was determined based on the final settlement level for settling the corresponding spot-month index future contracts immediately on the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Level is lower than HSI-CQX's Exercise Level of 23,800.00, holders of HSI-CQX will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised HSI-CQX will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the HSI-CQX shall terminate absolutely.
