Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 24 May 2022. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 24 May 2022.
The Board of Directors of MPCB wishes to announce that RTDSB will present the proposed development plan in relation to the change of RMMJ house from high rise building into town house concept to Johor Land Office (“PTG Johor”) in October 2022. Upon obtaining feedback from PTG Johor on the RMMJ house requirement and distribution, the Parties shall determine the details of the Joint Venture Agreement and development component to be entered into.
The Company will announce further development pertaining to the above matter as and when necessary.
