We refer to the announcement made on 1 July 2022 as well as the monthly announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to PN17 of the Listing Requirements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company had on 1 July 2022 submitted an application for extension of time to submit its proposed regularisation plan to Bursa Securities. As at to date, the Company has yet to receive the approval from Bursa Securities.
The Board of Directors of the Company also wishes to inform that the adviser, Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn. Bhd. is in the midst of preparing the regularisation plan for submission to the relevant authorities. The Company will make the necessary announcement in regard to any latest development on the above matter.
