Reference is made to the announcements by the Company dated 18 April 2022 and 22 April 2022 in respect of the JV Agreement between TBBM and CSB.

Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcement dated 18 April 2022 in relation to the JV Agreement between TBBM and CSB.

The Board of Directors of MPCB wishes to announce that the Company had on 13 June 2022 submitted an Application for Extension of Time pursuant to Paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for a further period of three (3) months up to 17 September 2022 to submit the draft Circular to Shareholders in respect of the Proposed Joint Venture. 

Further development in respect of the Proposed Joint Venture will be updated in due course.
