We refer to the announcement made on 05 May 2022 as well as the monthly announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to PN17 of the Listing Requirements.
On 24 December 2021, TA Securities had on behalf of the Company applied for an extension of time for the Company to submit its proposed regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.
On 10 February 2022, Bursa Securities granted the Company an extension of time of up to 30 June 2022 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.
The Company is in the midst of formulating its regularisation plan and there are no other material developments since the previous monthly announcement.
The Company has one month to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
