STATUS OF MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING ("MOU") |
The Board of THHE wishes to inform the status updates of the following MOU:- 1.MOU between THHE and APO Integrated Services Sdn. Bhd. (“APO”) The Company and APO are currently still finalising the details of the joint venture arrangement including finalising the Joint Venture Agreement. 2. MOU between THHE and MTD Capital Berhad (“MTD”) The Company and MTD are currently still finalising the details of the joint venture arrangement including finalising the Joint Venture Agreement. 3. MOU between THHE and OHP Ventures Sdn. Bhd.(“OHP”) The Company and OHP are currently still in discussion to agree on the terms of a definitive agreement relating to the potential collaboration and establishment of a joint venture company. The Company will make further announcement on the material developments of the above matters from time to time. This announcement is dated 31 May 2022. |
