The Board of Directors of MPCB is pleased to announce that the Company had on 20 May 2022 entered into a MOU with Real Trend Development Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 202201002858 (1448555-M)] (“RTDSB”) to jointly develop the project development as follows upon the terms and conditions as set out in the MOU:-

1. Rumah Mampu Milik Johor (“RMMJ”) under the Dasar Perumahan Rakyat Johor housing scheme at the land held under PTD 235731, Mukim of Plentong, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor Darul Takzim; and
2. Commercial Shop Office at land held under PTD 235741, Mukim of Plentong, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor Darul Tkzim. (collectively known as the “Project Development”)

MPCB and RTDSB are collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually referred to as “Party”.

MPCB is the registered owner of all that parcel of freehold lands held under PTD 235731 and PTD 235741, Mukim of Plentong, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor Darul Takzim and RTDSB shall be the developer for the Project Development.
