DELISTING OF THE ENTIRE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF HOCK SENG LEE BERHAD ("HSL" OR THE "COMPANY") FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES") PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 16.07(a) OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS ("MAIN MARKET LR")

Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 11 May 2022.

The Company wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 23 May 2022, informed that pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the entire issued share capital of HSL will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, 26 May 2022.
