We refer to the notice of unconditional voluntary take-over offer dated 17 February 2022, the Offer Document, the notice to shareholders of HSLB in relation to the extended closing date dated 7 April 2022 and 21 April 2022 and the press notice to shareholders of HSLB in relation to the Closing of Offer dated 9 May 2022.

The Company wishes to announce that HSLB has on 11 May 2022 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the withdrawal of HSLB’s listing status from the Official List of Bursa Securities pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
