We refer to the announcements in relation to the Proposals dated 30 December 2021, 27 January 2022, 28 February 2022, 15 March 2022, 16 March 2022, 7 April 2022 and 18 April 2022. We further refer to the announcement dated 25 April 2022 in relation to Bursa Securities’ letter dated 25 April 2022, approving the application for the Withdrawal of Listing ("Decision Letter").
On behalf of the Board, KAF Investment Bank Berhad (“KAF IB”) wishes to announce that, as stipulated in the Decision Letter:-
(a) trading in TTVHB’s shares will be suspended upon the expiry of five (5) market days from the date of Bursa Securities’ receipt of KAF IB’s confirmation letter dated 26 April 2022; and
(b) the effective date of suspension shall be from 9 May 2022 onwards.
