HHGROUP-WA - Notice of Book Closure

UP TO 101,095,746 ADDITIONAL WARRANTS 2021/2026 ("ADDITIONAL WARRANTS") TO BE ISSUED ARISING FROM ADJUSTMENT TO THE OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 2021/2026 OF HENG HUAT RESOURCES GROUP BERHAD ("HENG HUAT") HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 15 APRIL 2022
 

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 14 Apr 2022
2)  The last date of lodgment : 15 Apr 2022
 

Remarks 1:

"Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 15 April 2022  with adjustment to the number of outstanding HHGROUP-WA shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive HHGROUP-WA additional shares may now sell any or all of his HHGROUP-WA shares arising from adjustment consequent to the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (14 April 2022 ). 

For example, if Mr X purchases 200 HHGROUP-WA shares on cum basis on 13 April 2022, Mr X should receive 200 shares on 15 April 2022 . Consequent to a bonus issue, an additional of 300 HHGROUP-WA shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 15 April 2022  being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell a total of 500 HHGROUP-WA shares on or after the Ex-Date ie from 14 April 2022  onwards."

Remarks 2 :

Approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 14 February 2022. Approval from shareholders of Heng Huat for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 15 March 2022. The Additional Warrants will be listed and quoted on 18 April 2022, being the next market day after the book closure date. The Additional Warrants shall be allotted to entitled warrant holders of Heng Huat whose names appear on the Record of warrant holders of Heng Huat on 15 April 2022 on the basis of 3 Additional Warrants for every 2 Warrants 2021/2026 held.
