The Closing Price of RM3.1221 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of INARI shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than INARI-C89's Exercise Price of RM3.25, holders of INARI-C89 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised INARI-C89 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the INARI-C89 shall terminate absolutely.
