Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 26 November 2021 in relation to the Proposed SCR (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.
The Board (save for the Interested Directors) wishes to announce that the Company has appointed RHB Investment Bank Berhad as the Principal Adviser for the Proposed SCR.
In addition, the Board (save for the Interested Directors) also wishes to announce that, in accordance with Paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-Overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions, the Company has appointed Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd as the Independent Adviser to provide their comments, opinions, information and recommendation to the Board (save for the Interested Directors) and to the Entitled Shareholders of Brem Holding in respect of the Proposed SCR.
