The Board of Directors of Brem Holding, wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved the request for suspension in the trading of Brem Holding’s units with effect from 2.30 p.m., Friday, 26 November 2021 pending the release of a material announcement.

The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
