HONG SENG CONSOLIDATED BERHAD ("HONG SENG" OR THE "COMPANY") BONUS ISSUE OF 850,811,683 FREE WARRANTS ("WARRANTS B") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT B FOR EVERY 3 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN HONG SENG ("HONG SENG SHARES") HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF HONG SENG AT 5.00 P.M. ON 1 OCTOBER 2021 ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
Each Warrant B carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new Hong Seng Share at the exercise price (as indicated above) and at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 17 September 2021 constituting the Warrants B. Any Warrants B not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 11 October 2021.
